Wed Feb 22, 10:00-11:30 AM “A Somatic Approach to Improving Hip/Knee Issues” finds the connections between the imbalances in the hip alignment and movement and knee issues. We will give the body gentle strengthening and re-patterning of muscle groups involved. This a good class for general mobilizing of the lower torso, upper leg as well as addressing pain issues.

addresses postural issues like sunken chest and rounded shoulders, the results of accumulated stress and/or habits of posture of dentists, body workers, musicians, computer users. When muscles are re-patterned, and posture improves, so does lymphatic function, and oxygen intake.
